Chapter Chapter 24 in The CPO, 2012, pp 140-143 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract The meeting ended Saturday morning, but many Heartland executives decide to stay for the weekend. John stays and charters a sailing boat for Saturday afternoon. I join him. It had been a good meeting, but I want to have some downtime and enjoy the sea while I can—away from the corporate atmosphere.
