Abstract: Abstract Two months have passed since the memorable strategy summit on Mallorca. In terms of Heartland Consolidated Industries, the meeting was a turning point. Procurement people clearly respect me for my vision and are following my leadership. It’s even to the point where I’m looking forward to work when I wake up in the morning.
