Chapter Chapter 34 in The CPO, 2012, pp 196-200 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract I was honestly shocked and disappointed when I got the results of the skill-level assessment of our procurement people. We are about average or slightly below compared to our industry, our peer group in terms of revenue, and to companies in the regions we are in. I still remember the assessments and benchmarks we did at Autowerke. We always had a superior rating.
