Chapter Chapter 37 in The CPO, 2012, pp 216-219 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract John was right, humans are humans. The means to fix things with Heidi have always been available to me. What John had outlined didn’t just apply to the corporate environment, but also to my home life. Authenticity, empathy, and appreciation are the key. Again, I’d taken too much for granted. Being close to the precipice of our relationship, I’ve finally managed to change the course. It starts with actively listening to what Heidi has to say. I return to the dinner table after putting the kids to bed and asking Heidi how her day was.
