Chapter Chapter 15 in IT'S SPLITSVILLE, 2013, pp 143-151 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract Businesses present their own challenges when dividing property and establishing income in a divorce. A business can be anything from a retail store to a home-based operation. It can be a medical practice, a construction business, a day care center, a dental practice, a law firm, or some other business. Businesses can be owned in several different ways. They can operate as sole proprietorships, partnerships, corporations, or various other business entities.
