James J Gross

Chapter Chapter 18 in IT'S SPLITSVILLE, 2013, pp 175-183 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract Prenuptial agreements, also called premarital agreements or antenuptial agreements, are commonly referred to as prenups. They are contracts executed before the wedding by the two people getting married. After the wedding, the couple may draw up a postnuptial agreement if they wish. The contract has provisions for dividing property and support upon divorce, separation, or death.
