Abstract: Abstract Let’s say you got married without a prenuptial agreement (as most people do). It’s not too late. You can still agree on all the matters we discussed in the previous chapter and define what will happen in the event of death or divorce in a written contract signed after the wedding. Postnuptial agreements are just as valid as prenuptial agreements.
