Strategy

Chapter Chapter 10 in UNITE THE TRIBES, 2013, pp 161-177 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract There’s a tendency in most companies to leave strategic thinking to those in the upper echelon of management and let the working-class stiffs just concentrate on doing the tasks for which they were hired. If you’re in a leadership position at any level, we do hope you have some capacity for strategy or you’re going to crash us all into a wall. However, if you confine tactical skills to the realms of the executive suite, you’re really limiting your options.
