Abstract: Abstract One of the more visible ways design thinking can be manifested is through live customer experiences, meaning the ways a customer interacts with your brand and business in person. In fact, now that the customer experience has become recognized as an important part of the success of a brand, a specialized marketing discipline has emerged: experiential marketing.
