Abstract:
Abstract In Chapter 1, I discussed the importance of including a discussion of customer validation in your investor presentations. To convince investors to back you, you need credible third-party confirmation that your solution is not just good but viable in the marketplace. In this chapter, I would like to go into greater detail on how this is best accomplished. To recap, I presented the following hierarchy of validation sources:
