Chapter Chapter 3 in Industrial Problem Solving Simplified, 2014, pp 17-34 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract A basic understanding of the fault and the conditions that caused it are of paramount importance in understanding any type of defect. You must be able to change any unfavorable conditions that affect quality. So, as with all defects, determining what caused the flaw is important. Having focused on the fault in the previous chapters, it is now time to consider its cause.
