Develop a Plan of Attack
Ralph R. Pawlak
Chapter Chapter 4 in Industrial Problem Solving Simplified, 2014, pp 35-61 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract The fourth step in the problem-solving process is developing a plan of attack based on observations, measurements, insights, experience, testing, and any other method that has provided clues. A plan of attack gives you a framework for solving a problem that focuses on the steps you should take based on the nature of the problem. As you’ll see, it also includes assigning an advocate to critical areas.
