Abstract: Abstract Austrian actor Christoph Waltz was looking back at three largely frustrating decades of German TV when he was contacted by Quentin Tarantino for a role in Inglourious Basterds. That role brought him the Oscar for best supporting actor. Waltz and Tarantino repeated that feat with Django Unchained.
