Abstract: Abstract The mission of the business integrates the diagnostic tasks of the previous two chapters – developing our customer segmentation strategy on the demand side and identifying the firm’s bundle of competencies on the supply side of the business – so we can capture and articulate the nature of the transformation we intend to pursue.
