Chapter 7 in Modeling and Simulation in Scilab/Scicos with ScicosLab 4.4, 2010, pp 163-181 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract Scicos contains a graphical editor that can be used to construct block diagram models of dynamical systems. The blocks can come from various palettes provided in Scicos or can be user-defined. In this section, we describe how the editor can be used to construct simple models and how these models can be simulated.
