Chapter Chapter 11 in Proactive Intelligence, 2012, pp 139-158 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract When you are dealing with a mass of data, trying to extract Proactive CI, you need to approach it in a disciplined way. We provide tips on organizing the data, gaining perspective on it, and using the right tools. The most common tools used by CI professionals, SOWT analysis, competitor analysis and war gaming, are discussed in the context of CI.
