Abstract: Abstract Brouwer had to defend himself on three fronts: the Formalism-Intuitionism conflict, the War of the frogs and the mice, The Menger dimension conflict. The War of the frogs and the mice is extensively discussed, since it brought in fact the end of the foundational conflict. The Menger conflict deals with the priority for the dimension definition.
