Abstract:
Abstract In this chapter and the next we shall develop some of the techniques of calculus; more specifically we shall ○ compute the derivatives and the primitives of elementary functions, ○ formulate the basic rules for differentiation and integration, ○ extend the notion of integral to functions that are unbounded or defined on unbounded domains.
