Chapter 11 in Diophantine Equations and Power Integral Bases, 2002, pp 149-170 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract At the end of the book we provide the reader with tables containing generators of power integral bases. For cubic, quartic and sextic fields, our fast algorithms enables us to list the generators of power integral bases for all number fields with small discriminants. We give the data usually in increasing order of discriminants. These data complete other number field data contained in similar tables. Recall, that in the more complicated fields, where the algorithms require tedious computations, some examples were given in the corresponding sections.
