Reciprocity of Hopf’s and Feautrier’s Operators in Radiation Transport Theory

Mario Ahues and Bernard Rutily

Chapter 3 in Integral Methods in Science and Engineering, 2002, pp 21-26 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract In this chapter, we prove the reciprocity of Hopf’s integral operator and Feautrier’s differential operator in radiation transport theory. A method for approaching Hopf’s operator using an integrated family of spectral decompositions follows.
