Chapter Chapter I in Solutions Manual for Lang’s Linear Algebra, 1996, pp 1-11 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract Let V be a vector space. Using the properties VS 1 through VS 8,show that if c is a number then cO = O. SOLUTION. We have c0=(0+0)=c0+c0 but we also have c0=0+c0,Hence c0+c0=0+c0.
