Abstract: Abstract This appendix contains “projects,” that is, potential further work, both theoretical and applied. The projects consist of various suggestions and algorithms of varying value and difficulty which may (or may not) extend the ideas presented in this book. Like the exercises, these end with the pages numbers from which they are referred (when there is a reference). If you, gentle and ambitious reader, actually work out any of these problems, I would be interested in seeing your results.
