Abstract:
Abstract At the beginning of the summer of 1833, Cauchy received a letter dated June 22 from the Baron de Damas in Toeplitz. De Damas was the tutor of the Duke of Bordeaux, the grandson of Charles X, the former King of France, who was now living in Bohemia.
