Chapter Chapter 3 in Applied Bayesian Statistical Studies in Biology and Medicine, 2004, pp 25-40 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract If we look through the literature concerning the genetic equilibrium of Hardy-Weinberg, hereafter H - We, then we have no difficulty to ascertain that the works which adopt a frequentist point of view are far more numerous than those which are carried out in a Bayesian perspective. A possible explanation for the limited interest shown by subjectivists towards those matters may well be the opinion that standard techniques are largely sufficient.
