Chapter Chapter 30 in Markov Processes and Controlled Markov Chains, 2002, pp 475-487 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract In Tierney’s extended model, if the candidate kernels are independent of the present states, we found all possible acceptance functions, and distinguished a subclass for which the associated Markov chains converge uniformly with some nice rate. We also distinguished some other easily treated subclasses with some desirable properties of the associated chains.
