A chapter in Operational Calculus, 1975, pp 26-83 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract The present chapter involves differentiation and integration on the interval [0, ∞); it begins with a review of the central facts. The table of formulas (3.7–33) can be used in most of the applications; in order to cope with more complicated problems, § 4 is devoted to techniques of partial fraction decomposition. The extremely simple worked-out examples in this chapter are intended to reveal the procedure that will be applied later on to more complicated situations — and, later still, generalized.
