Karol M. Wasylyshyn ()

Chapter 8 in Behind the Executive Door, 2012, pp 119-134 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract In simplest terms, Behind the Executive Door is about the primacy of relationships in the workplace – especially the significant relationships between bosses and their subordinates. Thus far, we have examined how Remarkable bosses are likely to foster positive and growth-promoting relationships with their subordinates. We have considered the unrequited work issue that impedes Perilous leaders from being fully effective and forming developmentally oriented relationships. And we are alerted to the serious behavioral problems that can make working for a Toxic boss especially difficult.
