Chapter Chapter 9 in Stochastic Approaches for Systems Biology, 2011, pp 235-243 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract In this chapter we review selected publications on noise and stochastic modeling that are linked to experimental studies. Due to the wide range of experimental technologies used to generate data, and because the importance of this to the analysis, we cannot reproduce these studies in a book like this. The selection of a few papers is to demonstrate the relevance of noise and stochastic modeling to state-of-the-art molecular and cell biology.
