Abstract: Abstract This chapter concerns a system with one-server, infinite capacity, exponential inter-arrival and service times, and where the service may need to be repeated. An example is a one-operator machine shop fabrication of a fixture that is tested at the end to see if it passes a strength test. If not, another fixture must be fabricated. The probability on n units in the system is developed. Examples are presented.
