Abstract: Abstract This chapter pertains to a multi-server, infinite capacity system with exponential inter-arrival and service times. Could be cars on an expressway arriving to a toll center with three tollbooths. The probability on n units, and the performance measures of the system are developed. The difference, equilibrium and reduced equations are listed, and examples are presented.
