Abstract:
Abstract This concluding chapter discusses the relationships across learning at different levels of analysis and across different dimensions of experience. Managerial and strategic implications of research findings on organizational learning are developed. The chapter concludes with a discussion of promising future research directions that are likely to advance our understanding of organizational learning.
