Abstract: Abstract Recently — within so called post-soviet period — countries of East Europe have met with a set of considerable problems. Attempts to solve these problems by methods of practiced in developed market economy have not lead to desirable results. One of the causes — and, from our point of view, the most important one — is the following: reforms are proceeded without taking into account peculiarities of the economic structures of the societies.
