Abstract:
Abstract Resolutions of the identity in terms of line integrals of coherent states and their complementary states are presented. The concept of complementary states is explained. The general technique is exemplified in the context of SU (2) coherent states. It enables the construction of an arbitrary state within the Hilbert space H 2j+1 in terms of SU (2) coherent states. More general results for other types of coherent states are also presented.
