Abstract:
Abstract Recently, a number of observations have been made that are highly significant with respect to our understanding of the structure of the vertebrate skeletal-muscle myosin filament. It is the purpose of this chapter to review these findings and to see how they are related to existing detailed models for the myosin filament (Pepe, 1966a, 1967a; Squire, 1973).
