Chapter Chapter III in Introduction to Complex Hyperbolic Spaces, 1987, pp 65-86 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract It followed immediately from the definition that every holomorphic map of C into a hyperbolic space is constant. Brody proved the converse under certain compactness conditions. This result has numerous applications, and reflects the global behavior of the space. This chapter is devoted to its proof and some of these applications.
