Tax Implications of Health Care Reform
M. Casey Murdock
Chapter Chapter 34 in TAX INSIGHT, 2014, pp 341-347 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract Many people are wondering how new taxes created in the Affordable Care Act (a.k.a. ObamaCare) will affect them. In one way or another, this new bill will touch everyone. For some, the impact will be significant. Although some pieces of this chapter are scattered throughout this book in areas that the new law affects (while other parts are found only in this chapter), it is important to put the whole picture together in one chapter because of the broad impact the ACA and its provisions will have on so many people.
