Abstract The following is a list of documents and other information that a buyer may request during the due diligence process. Each buyer and transaction is unique, and what is requested will differ among buyers. This sample is only intended to provide you with a general idea of items that may be requested from you in an M&A transaction and should not be considered as a complete list.
