Starting a Team

Jesse Anderson

Chapter Chapter 10 in Data Teams, 2020, pp 151-171 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract In earlier chapters, we’ve talked about the teams and how to manage them. This chapter covers the steps and considerations for starting and hiring the first members of the team. For organizations that have already started hiring, this will be a reminder of what should have been done or confirmation that the right decisions were made.
