Organizational Changes

Jesse Anderson

Chapter Chapter 12 in Data Teams, 2020, pp 187-199 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract Creating data teams isn’t just a matter of acquiring some new skills and deploying a cluster. Rather, it takes some organizational changes to do it right. Some of these organizational changes can be painful to implement. This chapter covers some of the main organizational changes that will have to happen alongside technical ones.
