How the Business Interacts with Data Teams
Jesse Anderson
Chapter Chapter 8 in Data Teams, 2020, pp 109-133 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract Gaining the maximum amount of value from your data requires constant interaction between the data teams described in this book and your organization’s business side. A data product in and of itself doesn’t create value. A data scientist can analyze data all year, but it won’t make an impact until some business value is realized.
