Abstract:
Abstract Organizations whose needs or interests in agile grow beyond one or two teams giving it a try, who are newly embracing agile transformation, or are attempting to scale their agile adoption will benefit from the role of the agile coach. Agile coaches bridge various roles in agile. They take a strategic and long-term view and will work across multiple agile teams and projects to help organizations using agile to get the most benefit from this work.
