Chapter Chapter 12 in Adopting Agile Across Borders, 2021, pp 225-248 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract Germany is one of the biggest economies of the world, built through the establishment of efficient processes that ensure quality. There is a belief in a world of order, symmetry, rules, and procedures. There is even a German expression for it – “Ordnung muss sein” which translates to, “there must be order.” The saying is so embedded in the culture that it has become a cliché for Germans all over the world.
