Chapter Chapter 13 in Adopting Agile Across Borders, 2021, pp 249-266 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract The iconography of the Netherlands hints at a country whose people are highly practical. Ubiquitous canals throughout the nation enable travel, irrigation, and the removal of water in a country where a significant percentage of the land is below sea level. Polders, artificially created areas of land reclaimed from bodies of water enclosed by dykes has created more space for development and agriculture.
