Chapter Chapter 16 in Adopting Agile Across Borders, 2021, pp 305-318 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract The early 21st century is seeing South Africa emerging as a leading light for Africa. It is one of the most multicultural nations on earth, with a mix of indigenous groups such as the Zulu and Xhosa, and a number of communities heralding from overseas from the likes of Britain, the Netherlands, and India. These separate cultural forces have been a source of tension and troubles in the past, but as the society learns to integrate with one another and with a growing Agile movement, there is vast potential to be unleashed.
