Chapter Chapter 2 in Adopting Agile Across Borders, 2021, pp 25-40 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract The streets of Buenos Aires hint at a people that are stylish, courageous, and cool. Warm and welcoming, fun and friendly, gregarious, passionate, and proud. The Argentine socially oriented psyche, where empathy for people, intolerance for wasteful activities, and an innate willingness to experiment would seem to be a perfect cultural fit for Agile.
