Chapter Chapter 4 in Adopting Agile Across Borders, 2021, pp 57-78 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract With a history of adversity, the Colombia of recent years is emerging with a sense of relief and optimism for the future. While Argentinians, Chileans, and Uruguayans have a strong European influence due to migration from across Europe, Colombia has been more closed. As a consequence, we found that Colombian people have a closer relationship to their traditions. Relentlessly friendly and helpful, it is perhaps no coincidence that we met with more Agile practitioners per unit of time in Colombia than in any other country.
