Chapter Chapter 7 in Adopting Agile Across Borders, 2021, pp 121-139 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract Deserving of attention, not least for its population of over 270 million people, the Agile movement is in its infancy in Indonesia. Like the Philippines, after centuries of colonization, Indonesia is a cultural hybrid. There are literally thousands of subcultures spread across its estimated 17,500 islands that cover an area stretching 5,000km East to West and 2,000km North to South. Its multitude of values and behaviors adds even more complexity in efforts of cross-cultural understanding.
