Design for Testability

Chapter Chapter 7 in Automated Unit Testing with ABAP, 2021, pp 135-158 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract The previous chapter covered the basic techniques used when writing automated unit tests for ABAP programs, which included exposing some of the challenges we are likely to encounter when writing such tests. Aside from brief excursions into the considerations and techniques associated with writing unit tests for function modules and global classes, the explanations and accompanying exercise programs so far have focused on testing ABAP production components designed around the use of subroutines (FORM-ENDFORM).
