Chapter Chapter 12 in Developer Relations, 2021, pp 121-130 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract Based on your developer program's goals and objectives and the product you are supporting, it’s time to decide which developers are your target audience. Who do you want to use your product and become part of your program and community? To start, we do this through a process called Segmentation, which helps you determine the type of developer that will find success with your product.
