Chapter Chapter 14 in Developer Relations, 2021, pp 141-151 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract In our chapter on segmentation, we took a product-centric approach to identify the type of developer required to make your product successful. With messaging, you must take a developer-centric approach driven by your personas. In this chapter, we’ll explore the key factors to keep in mind as you create your messaging, where messaging is used, and how to start creating your messaging. We’ll review the difference between messaging and a message.
